Is it too early to suggest we have a new Dembele?

Zziipp are suggesting that Mousa Dembele is showing signs of a resurgence at Tottenham this season. Towards the end of last season there were signs in the media that he was getting his head together.

His comments to the media were starting to sound like he had finally decided to take responsibility and try to improve himself, that only comes about through internal motivation. He has made several media comments now where he sees answers as within his grasp and not someone else, he wasn't complaining when he wasn't picked but suggested it was down to him to adapt and improve.

Words are easy, actions are not. he was saying the right things, but his performances this season do tend to suggest that they are more than mere words, which if that is the case means we have a player who can go from frustrating quality to consistent quality.

Inconsistency tends to arise through a lack of personal motivation, it is human nature to see some things as bigger than others, to see some games as bigger than others, but all only hold the same three points. A player has to motivate himself for games against te perceived lesser teams or he will not perform at his optimum, thus we get performance levels that go up and down, getting inside a players head is the single biggest obstacle to success and it's one we should pay more attention to.

Will he retain his place against Sunderland or will he be replaced by a new recruit, neither of whom are specialist right sided attackers?
