Eric Dier has been a revelation as a defensive midfielder for Spurs this season. Former England, Liverpool and Real Madrid winger Steve McManaman posed the question before the game could Eric Dier (21) and Dele Alli (19) cope against Brazilian pairing Fernandinho (30) and Fernando (28). McManaman fancied City heavily while Harry Redknapp thought Spurs could get a point and perhaps nick it.
