The infamous Sky Sources

Yes they are at it again, the phrase Sky sources is being used in conjunction with a story linking Emmanuel Adebayor it PSG.

The infamous Sky Sources

Sky sources usually means they have read something off the Internet, that way a story can be talked about as if it is real when it is really just something to fill the spaces up with. A news channel has to have constant news after all and if they haven't then the best thing to do is invent it and attribute it to 'sources'.

We read rubbish in the press all the time from journalists inventing stories, often without little thought. What makes you laugh is that it also includes QPR as an interested party, they are hardly likely to offer him £100,000-a-week wages and Spurs are not interested in a loan deal that just delays a problem.

PSG will face competition from QPR, yeah right. It suggests the French side are looking at taking him on loan, but unless that has a guaranteed buy clause then it won't be happening. He would return to the Spurs wage bill that would have been inflated further by another striker, at a time we are trying to reduce it and nobody would then offer him the level of wages he wants so the club would be endangering itself financially against FFP rules.

Chances: 0/10 - with a guaranteed buy then we want it 100%.
