The Senegalese international has a long standing desire to play in the Premier League.

"There is a lot of talk. I'm happy at Fenerbahce and don't think about leaving, however, everyone knows I want to play in the Premier League one day."

Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle United have previously been linked with the the former Ligue 1 top scorer. He won the French league and cup double with Lille in 2010/11 before signing for the Turkish giants for £8.13 million (€10m) in January 2012.

The 28 year-old French-born Senegalese international won the Turkish League last season with Fenerbahçe and the Turkish Cup in 2011/12 and 2012/13.

He scored 15 goals in 30 league games in their title triumph with an additional 7 assists. In the Champions League he scored once and had one assist from 4 games. Sow has scored scored 43 goals and has 21 assists in all competitions since joining the Yellow Canaries.




Standing 5 ft 11 in (1.80 m) tall he is under contract until 30th June 2016 and was earning £53,000 a week in 2012 so we can expect that to have reached £60,000.

Sow has a £13.82 million (€17m) release clause in his contract with the Europa League semi-finalists and can play centre-forward or either wing, although his main position is on the left.
