Spurs confirmed in Pot 3 for Champions League draw tomorrow night


UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE DRAW


The UEFA Champions League draw takes place tomorrow evening and many of us will be glued to our TV sets to see who we draw. Sevilla and Napoli went through the qualifying play-off round last night, putting out İstanbul Başakşehir (Turkey) and Nice (France) respectively.

Those results conform us in Pot 3 for the group stage draw and once again here is the link to the draw simulator so you can have your own go.

The final teams are not decided yet, Liverpool play tonight against Bundesliga side Hoffenheim for a place. Liverpool take a 2-1 lead into the game from the first leg.

The other qualification games tonight are:


  • CSKA Moscow (Russia) vs Young Boys (Switzerland) - We sent a scout to the first leg that CSKA Moscow won 1-0 thanks to an own goal in injury time.
  • Copenhagen (Denmark) vs Qarabag (Azerbaijan) - Qarabag lead 1-0 from the first leg.
  • Steaua Bucureșt (Romania) vs Sporting CP (Portugal) - the first leg finished 0-0.
  • Slavia Prague (Czech Republic) vs APOEL (Cyprus) - The Cypriot team lead 2-0 from the first leg.
