TRANSFER TALK

Good to see FIFA are reading this blog (LOL) with news that FIFA are to clamp down on the mobbing of referees at the 2017 Confederations Cup in Russia after using video replay referees at the Under-20 World Cup in South Korea.

Alvaro Morata wants to go to Manchester United for money, not football, it would seem. Old Trafford bosses have offered him an annual salary of £10.5 million (€12.01m - AUS$17.66m - US$13.41m) according to information from Sky Sports Italia who will have heard his wage demands to clubs in Italy. That is double what he is earning at Real Madrid.

His agent has been at the Santiago Bernabeu meeting with the Madrid hierarchy report AS who say it will take a fee in excess of £64.65 million (€74m - AUS$108.73m - US$82.56m) to buy him.

Nice have announced the signing of French Under-19 international playmaking midfielder Jean-Victor Makengo (19), attacking midfielder Pierre Lees Melou (24), and centre-back Adrien Tameze (22), from Caen, Dijon, and Valenciennes. Is this a sign that Jean Seri is definately leaving?
