Spurs, Liverpool, Man U and Chelsea interest in Real Madrid players

Spanish publication Diario Gol have suggested that the biggest interest in the Premier League for Mateo Kovačić comes from Mauricio Pochettino.

Tottenham have held an interest in 23-year-old (24 next May) Croatian international (he has 34 full international caps scoring 1 goal) midfielder Mateo Kovačić long before he joined Spanish champions and UEFA Champions League winners Real Madrid on 18 August 2015 for £26.35 million (€30.43m - AUS$45.22m - US$34.13m).

Sponsored by Nike the right-footed central midfielder is under contract until 2021 and wants more playing time. In the competitions that matter, LaLiga and the UEFA Champions League, he appeared in 33 games (1,688 minutes/217 minutes - 18.75 full games/2.41 full games).

He started 2 games (4 subs) in the UEFA Champions League and 19 games (8 subs) in LaLiga. he completed 9 games in the league, most of them early in the season. He completed just 2 full games since 20 November in the march to the title.

Diario Gol report interest in him from AC Milan and Napoli while fellow Spanish publication Don Balon report that AC Milan are going to make a move for him and AS Roma as having an interest.

Diario Gol also suggest Isco will sign a new contract after he went on a scoring spree when replacing the injured Gareth Bale. Manchester United, Juventus and Inter Milan as the three most interested clubs for Colombian captain James Rodríguez they claim while Alvaro Morata suitors of note are Inter Milan, Manchester United, Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund.

They also say that Liverpool have offered £43.93 million (€50m - AUS$74.49m - US$56.09m) for 21-year-old (22 next January) Spanish international (he has 3 full international caps) attacking midfielder Marco Asensi, who is under contract until 2022.
