Fabregas, Balotelli, Markovic, Koulibaly

TRANSFER TALK

Jose Mourinho wants to take 29-year-old Spanish international midfielder Cesc Fabregas to Manchester United and that has a chance of happening as Chelsea are looking at alternatives for his positions.

Liverpool want 25-year-old Mario Balotelli to leave the club and manager Jurgen Klopp has spelt out the situation to the Italian, who had an unsuccessful loan spell at AC Milan last season.

"I have spoken to him about this. He's not at the stage of his career where he should be battling with four or five other players for one or two positions... so it's clear we need a solution. There will be a club around who would be happy to have the new Mario Balotelli. I have spoken clearly to the player about that."
Lazar Markovic is another Liverpool purchase who has failed at the club. The 22-year-old was loaned out to Turkish side Fenerbahce and managed 14 league games before a hamstring injury ended his season in February. Portuguese side Sporting Lisbon are interested in signing the winger who joined Liverpool from Benfica.

Napoli continue to slap massive transfer fees on their players, after the huge amount on Gonzalo Higuain, they have now told Chelsea they will have to fork out £50m if they want to sign 25-year-old centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly. Chelsea had offered £30m which was instantly rejected.
