Galatasaray back for Kaboul

The change in Tottenham continues this summer and we are starting to feel like we did in 2013, understanding it may take time but excited to see new signings.

Those new signings have been brought with the type of player in mind that our system requires. We will line up, not with a team of stars, but with a team built to grow with the system. Clearing the players we don't want continues and Younes Kaboul is still talking with Galatasaray about a move.

They are not the only ones talking to him though, there are Premier League clubs, Schalke in Germany as well as Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş also. Reports from Turkey, specifically the Galatasaray Gazetesi, say that Kaboul is sympathetic to the Galatasaray offer and that Tottenham have yet to agree a fee.

We are sticking out for £3.61 million (US$5.60m - AUS$7.26m - €5m) they say, but Galatasaray only want to pay £2.51 million (US$3.85m - AUS$5.18m - €3.5m). Both sides want a deal done so Kaboul can move to Turkey on a £48,707-a-week (US$75,789m - AUS$98,092 - €67,308) 3-year contract.
