There are stories circulating that Arsenal and Tottenham are prepared to pay £27 million ($41.13m - €34.48m) for Morgan Schneiderlin, which is a complete load of rubbish, neither club has any intention of paying that sort of money for him, he simply isn't worth it. Mind you imitation Madrid side in Manchester might, although I wouldn't call paying £30 million ($45.70m - €38.31m) for Luke Shaw buying a galactico, especially as it's double his true worth.

Xherdan Shaqiri has been a target for Liverpool who have held talks with Bayern Munich and he has been a target for Tottenham in the past. Despite Liverpool's best efforts he will not be joining them. Shaqiri can't get into the Bayern team because Arjen Robben is keeping him out so he wants guaranteed first-team football and Brendan Rogers can't guarantee that.

Summer signing but new arrival in January, DeAndre Yedlin, is training with Tottenham and will be wearing the number 12 shirt. He has NFL sprinting speed which is certainly going to allow him to get up and down the right flank. His crossing at the World Cup was good and he played in midfield as well as right-back so the American gives Pochettino options.
