Rose gets England call up

England take on Norway on Wednesday 3rd September at 8pm and then have a UEFA European Championship qualifier against Switzerland away on Monday 8th September.

Mauricio Pochettino has only been working with him for a couple of months and already Spurs fans are witnessing a vast improvement. To be honest though he was not a s bad as fans made out, just had a virtual lack of defensive help with Christian Eriksen playing in front of him.

Aaron Lennon was asked to do defensive duties one side freeing up Eriksen to attack on the other. The result Lennon gets abused for not doing anything and Rose gets abused because he is left exposed. In a system that now includes defensive assistance he is thriving and keeping new signing Ben Davies out of the team, although he is expected to be rested tonight to give Davies another run out.
