Portuguese suggest Jardim as Sherwood replacement

It is highly unlikely that having taken one Portuguese manager from a Portuguese club that we would take another given out previous experience. Andre Villas-Boas tenure didn't go according to plan, he alienated everyone at Spurs including his own number two Steffen Freund in much the same way he alienated the players at Chelsea.

The football served up was boring to watch and didn't take us forward as a club but backwards. Portuguese paper A Bola who run the story are no doubt putting two and two together to make five and just linking him with available posts.

We had one shock to the system with Tim Sherwood being appointed interim manager, it is highly unlikely that Daniel Levy would plump for another massive gamble and major shock. He is a 39 year-old who has never won a thing, hardly what we are looking for in a manager. The story has very little gong for it.
