Tottenham forward Shaquile Coulthirst signed on loan with Torquay United at the end of March until the end of the season and has been unable to prevent them losing their league status.

Coulthirst has played starting 5 for the League Two side, coming on as a substitute once  and yesterday netted his second goal for them, header in the third to seal a 3-1 win away to Mansfield Town. He also has one assist to his name.

The Torquay United official site said he scored with a downward header from a cross after a hard working display. The 19 year-old was named in the League Two team of the week earlier in April.

A number of clubs are circling round another on loan Spurs player after his exploits at Hull City this season. Jake Livermore will take his place at Wembley for the FA Cup Final against Arsenal at Wembley in May barring injury and will look to sort his future out once that is out the way.

All Spurs fans will be hoping he and old boy Tom Huddlestone can do us a favour and prolong Arsenal's trophy drought. The fee Tottenhan have quoted for enquirers is believed to be £6 million for Livermore with Hull City manager Steve Bruce very keen to secure his services.

The 24 year-old hard working midfielder is also wanted by Mark Hughes at Stoke City. With Spurs quoting a fee it is unlikely that Livermore will remain on Spurs books next season but we will have made a healthy profit for a player who has come through our academy and succeeded, a rare feat.
